Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and it must be handled under our standard return policy.
Returns & Refunds for Used Items
Due to safety, hygiene, and sanitary concerns, the following types of products cannot be returned or refunded:
- Cosmetics
- Consumable products
- Personal care and beauty products (including creams, serums, oils, shampoos, and conditioners)
- Foot care and nail care products
- Grooming and bath accessories
- Oral hygiene products
- Fragrances
- Jewelry (including earrings, bracelets, etc.)
- Intimate products
Please note that we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind. Additionally, we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee, as individual results may vary due to external factors including but not limited to diet, lifestyle, pre-existing health conditions, and genetics. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific product results.
Returns for Unused Products
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be kept in its original packaging. You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
If the order has already been shipped and you wish to return the item for non-quality-related reasons, you will be fully responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You must contact our customer support team first to receive the correct return instructions.
Damages & Issues
We take the quality of our products very seriously. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email our Customer Service Team immediately at support@tachapicks.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- A clear picture or video of the damaged or defective product
Once we receive this information, we will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
